FFMPEG is trying to re-encode the stream for viewing but doing that on my RPi400 overworks my poor little CPU. This may be because your camera is re-encoding the video from H265/HEVC (check by opening the stream in your video player of choice e.g. have disabled the stream: integration by removing default_config:.
